The Collections
The inspiration behind the collections comes from the idea of the “forgotten”—both in materials and in people. By reimagining discarded fabrics, vintage elements, and unexpected textures, Monika transforms the overlooked into couture-inspired statements, giving them new life, purpose, and identity.
Visually, the collection balances drama and elegance. Rich textures, layered fabrics, lace, and structured silhouettes are combined with fluid movement to create pieces that feel both powerful and deeply personal. The color palette moves between classic blacks, deep neutrals, flowers and touches of gold, stones and crystals accented with unexpected contrasts that add depth and emotion to each look.
Each design is further elevated through the use of unconventional and deeply personal elements—flowers, fragments of chains, stones, bracelets, seashells, as well as repurposed materials such as blankets, pillowcases, and table runners. At times, these pieces carry emotional value, incorporating items that are dear to someone’s heart. Carefully integrated into the garments, these details add texture, meaning, and storytelling, transforming each creation into a wearable work of art.
